The Curacao Blue is elaborated by marinating the peels of a local orange variety called Citrus curassaviensis in alcohol. Its alcohol grade varies between 20 and 40 grades.
There are many varieties of Curacao Blue, going from very sweet to completely dry. There are also chromatic varieties that are very colorful in cocktails.
